Mbalam Project
The Mbalam Iron Ore Project is situated in the Republic of Cameroon in central west Africa. It is located in close proximity to the Belinga Iron Ore Project in Gabon being developed by the China National Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation ("CMEC"). The Mbalam and Belinga Projects form part of an emerging iron ore province - extending through the Republic of Cameroon, the Congo Republic and Gabon.
Through its 90% interest in CamIron, which owns Exploration Permit No. 92 ("EP92") and Exploration Permit No. 143 ("EP143), Sundance holds rights to over 1,800 square kilometres of this iron ore province. EP92 and EP143 are located around 400 kilometres east-south-east of Cameroon's capital city, Yaounde.
