Geoff Wedlock
Non Executive Chairman

Mr Geoff Wedlock is an experienced Australian mining executive with more than 35 years experience in the mining sector, the majority at senior levels within the industry. Prior to joining Sundance, Geoff was Managing Director of Grange Resources, a role he held since 2005.
Geoff's previous roles include Managing Director of successful mid-tier iron ore producer Portman Limited and 32 years with BHP, including a period as CEO of a major BHP business unit. Geoff brings to Sundance extensive experience in resource project management and development, particularly in the international iron ore industry. He has had significant commercial experience with financiers, international partners, customers, and governments.
Don Lewis
Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Mr Don Lewis is a civil engineer with over 20 years experience in resource project development, construction and financing. Prior to joining Sundance, Don was Managing Director of Multiplex Engineering Pty Ltd ("MXE"), a subsidiary of Multiplex Ltd, responsible for major minerals, infrastructure and energy projects including the Moma Mineral Sands Project ($320m), Perth Seawater Desalination Project ($300m) and the Bayu Darwin Gas Pipeline ($200m). Don built MXE from start-up to become a significant profit generator within Multiplex Ltd.
Don was previously Managing Director of Danae Resources NL and a Director of Greenwich Resources plc.
Ken Talbot
Non Executive Director

Mr Ken Talbot is a prominent Australian businessman with nearly four decades of significant corporate, financial and mining expertise, including 20 years as a CEO/Managing Director. Mr Talbot's investment company, Talbot Group, is Sundance’s largest shareholder.
Having commenced his career as a mining engineer, Ken has extensive technical experience in the resources industry, particularly in the carbon steel materials sector. He founded the highly successful coal mining company, Macarthur Coal Ltd, which listed on the ASX in 2001.
Talbot Group is a Queensland-based investment group focusing on the resource sector, with an asset base of more than $550 million. Its interests encompass minerals exploration and operations, energy exploration and development, financial investments, and a substantial property portfolio.
Craig Oliver
Non Executive Director

Mr Oliver has considerable corporate, project development and operational experience from more than 15 years in senior roles in mid-capped publicly listed mining companies and as a partner in a mid-tier Chartered Accounting firm. Craig is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr Oliver is also a director of De Grey Mining Ltd and Finance Director and CFO of Western Areas NL.
John Carr-Gregg
Company Secretary / General Manager Corporate Services

John Carr-Gregg is a lawyer with over 25 years corporate and commercial experience including in excess of 13 years experience in the resources industry which has included roles as General Counsel of Renison Goldfields Consolidated Limited, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Straits Resources Limited and Director of Hargraves Resources N.L.
Prior to joining Sundance, John was General Manager Company Secretariat and Commercial and Company Secretary at Aristocrat Leisure Limited. John is admitted as a lawyer in NSW and as an attorney in New York. He has worked as a solicitor in private practice at a number of law firms including Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney. John has worked on exploration and mining projects in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Madagascar, New Zealand, Iran, the United States and Australia.
