Sundance Resources is an international exploration company based in Perth, Western Australia. The company is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and its key Mbalam Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Cameroon in central west Africa.

The Mbalam Project is being developed by CamIron SA, a private Cameroon company. CamIron is owned jointly by Sundance Resources Limited with local Cameroonian investors holding 10%.

Sundance acquired 90% of CamIron in 2006 based on its commitment to provide the financing and development expertise required to implement the Mbalam Project.
